Platform Combines Rich Multimedia Performance With Powerful, Flexible Linux Mobile Development Environment for Mobile Phones and Entertainment Devices

SUNNYVALE, Calif. & BARCELONA, Spain -- Mobile Linux company Azingo, announced today that Azingo Mobile will support the Texas Instruments' OMAP3430 processor. With availability expected later this year, this new multimedia-focused software/processor combination offers mobile phone and entertainment device manufacturers a comprehensive and cost-effective Linux platform for delivering rich, personalized and performance-optimized user experiences. Azingo Mobile is currently available on the Texas Instruments OMAP2430 and OMAP850 processors.
