STAMFORD, Conn. -- Crane Co. (NYSE: CR) will hold its annual analyst conference from 8:30 am to noon on February 21st in New York City, as previously announced.

Speakers will include Eric C. Fast, President and CEO, and key Crane Co. operating executives, who will provide commentary on Crane Co.'s operations. The speakers will review 2007 performance, 2008 earnings guidance and elaborate on overall business conditions and outlook.
