Business Wire, Feb 14, 2008

Industry Veterans From HBO and Simon & Schuster to Drive New Business Growth

EMERYVILLE, Calif. -- TurnHere, Inc., the leading online video solutions platform, today announced the opening of its New York office. Based in Emeryville, Calif., the company is expanding to meet the increasing need for online video production and distribution services in the media, travel/hospitality and book publishing markets. The office will focus on expanding business development efforts across these vertical markets as part of TurnHere's 2008 business strategy.

Following the company's recent announcement of $7.5M in financing from Venrock and Hearst Interactive Media, the opening of the New York office further validates TurnHere's growing momentum and proven success in pioneering authentic, engaging online video advertising that can be easily distributed to video destinations and major portals across the Web.

The New York office includes the addition of three industry experts in the fields of publishing, online video strategy and production:

* Claire Israel, director of business development - A publishing industry thought leader and frequent speaker, Claire joins TurnHere from Simon & Schuster's Digital Content and Business Development office to drive TurnHere's publishing business;

* Andrew Bennett, director of corporate development - An Emmy Award-winning producer, most recently from HBO, Andrew will drive the growth of TurnHere's filmmaker network and guide the development of new product offerings;

* Meg Crumbine, director of business development - A video communications specialist with over 20 years of experience, Meg will drive business growth in the travel and hospitality vertical.

"Our New York presence will strengthen our existing business relationships, while focusing our efforts strategically in the fast-growing vertical markets that are largely centered on the East Coast," said Bradley Inman, founder and CEO of TurnHere. "The addition of respected industry veterans to our growing team and the expansion of our operations is indicative of the great demand that both major brands and small businesses have for TurnHere's studio-quality, low-cost videos produced in our signature authentic and relatable style."

Since its launch in January of 2006, TurnHere has worked with companies across a range of industries including media, publishing, local, travel, real estate, legal, retail, financial services and education. TurnHere customers include Chronicle Books, CondeNet, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Lawyers.com and Simon & Schuster. TurnHere also creates video for local businesses through relationships with Citysearch, Superpages.com and YELLOWPAGES.COM.
