Alliance Bank & Trust Company Announces Year End December 31, 2007 Earnings
GASTONIA, N.C. -- Alliance Bank & Trust (OTCBB:ABTN.OB) reported net income of $829,000 or $0.31 per diluted share for the year ending December 31, 2007, an increase of 65% over the net income of $502,000 for the same period last year.
For the quarter ending December 31, 2007, reported net income equaled $175,000 or $0.07 per diluted share or 18% lower than the same period earnings of $215,000 in 2006.
Net interest income for the 3 months ending December 31, 2007 was $1,320,000, and increase of $311,000 or 31% over the 3 months ending December 2006.
Assets at December 31, 2007 were $147,414,000 increase of $35,220,000 or 31% over the $112,194,000 in assets reported at December 31, 2006. Loans totaled $119,523,000 at December 31, 2007, an increase of 31% over December 31, 2006.
