MIAMI -- Please replace the release with the following corrected version due to multiple revisions.

Global Roaming Distribution, Inc. (OTCBB:GRDB), a telecommunications holding company with subsidiaries specializing in providing extremely low cost roaming solutions for corporations and leisure travelers around the globe, is proud to announce that it has received very positive feedback during the GSMA Mobile World Congress 2008 in Barcelona, Spain where over 55,000 people congregated for this premier cellular event.

During the 3 day Congress, MAXroam and Qik sponsored its own gathering on February 11, 2008.

Florian Seroussi, CEO of Global Roaming Distribution, Inc. (GRDB) (www.celtrek.com), CubicTelecom's (www.MAXroam.com) Pat Phelan and Bhaskar Roy of Qik (www.qik.com) made the magic happen in a cozy corner of the Institut del Teatre of Barcelona. Phelan, well known for his Roam4Free blog, (www.patphelan.net) brought together press, telecom providers, and other bloggers to acknowledge everyone's contribution in spreading the word about MAXroam and its offering of extremely affordable global roaming services.

Irish based Cubic Telecom and its MAXroam products, recently came under the umbrella of Global Roaming Distribution, Inc. based out of Miami, Florida. CubicTelecom distributes MAXroam SIM cards using CelTrek technology (www.celtrek.com) which roams in over 170 countries at up to 90% cost savings.

Seroussi, CEO of GRDB, Phelan, a recent addition to the board of directors of GRDB and Roy, founder of Qik, the breakthrough provider of streaming video for your cell phone, were very happy to sponsor the event.

"MAXroam solved a huge problem...expensive roaming!" said Roy. "For Qik's growth, we need cheap roaming. MAXroam is well on the way to making all our needs available. We find great synergies here for our users."

Mirea Fontbernat, also of Qik, added, "Not only do people want sane roaming costs, they want a simple solution. MAXroam provides both."

Qik enables live video casting from a cell phone via any 3G/GPRS/Wi-fi Internet connection. Developed by Visivo Communications in Santa Clara, CA. Unlike sites where you have to wait for the video to be uploaded, Qik streams the video straight into the site with a 5 second delay.

Florian Seroussi and Pat Phelan were among the prestigious list of selected broadcasters during Mobile World Congress 2008 for Qik.
