Panglobal Brands SoSik and Junior Divisions Take-Off

LOS ANGELES -- Capitalizing on their expertise and relationship with veteran apparel entrepreneur Mark Cywinski, Panglobal Brands Inc. (OTCBB:PNGB) commenced shipping its SoSik brand and private label junior apparel to customers including Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Wet Seal, Urban Brands, The Buckle, Mandee, American Rag and YM Canada. The line includes both knit and woven tops, dresses, skirts and sweaters.

The keys to success in the juniors business, which has been described as "fast fashion", are speed to market and continually keeping the products new, fresh and part of what is in fashion. Most of the SoSik garments are imported from Asia from designs and fabrics created locally. Styles and designs are continually changing and being updated as part of a ten delivery per year program to deliver new fashion and constant variety.

The skirts and dresses feature strong prints exclusive to SoSik in a palette of fun colors to appeal to the junior market which includes young women ages 15-24. Tops, T's, cap sleeve blouses continually change in design and color to drive new purchases. According to Cywinski, "SoSik products are designed to look like more expensive fashion garments, but provide terrific value for the junior shopper's more modest budget. SoSik is affordable clothes that allow a young woman to wear three different outfits in a day for the price of one outfit."

Panglobal Brands Inc. currently has sales orders totaling $4.32 million for deliveries to retail stores from now to the end of May, 2008 for its SoSik and junior apparel product lines with new sales orders being booked every week. Elapsed time for manufacturing is 90 days from purchase order to delivery to the retailer.
