Migo Announces Expanded Global License Agreement with Kingston Technology

Deal Deepens Partnership to Include New Products and Services
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- Migo Software, Inc. (OTCBB:MIGO), a content sync pioneer and global provider of content mobility software, announced today that it has renewed and expanded its current global license agreement with Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the independent world leader in memory products.
The global license agreement, extended through 2008, includes the licensing of Migo's current products, such as the award winning MigoSync([TM]), as well as new technologies developed on Migo's Roundhouse(TM) Content Mobility Platform. In addition to shipping Migo's solutions on USB Flash memory drives, the agreement also gives Kingston the opportunity to ship on Secure Digital[TM] (SD) memory cards.
