The Arizona Technology Council to Host Wine & Wii™ Event

Technology Community to Support Junior Achievement of Arizona through Charity Event

PHOENIX -- The Arizona Technology Council announced today that it will host a charity event to benefit Junior Achievement of Arizona. The first annual "Wine & Wii[TM] Event" will be held from 5:30-8:30PM on Thursday, April 3 at Moon Valley Country Club in Phoenix.

The event, which is expected to attract members of Arizona's business community and other VIPS, will feature Wii[TM] stations in which attendees will compete against each other for fun and prizes. The event will also feature a silent auction and Wii raffles, with all net proceeds to benefit Junior Achievement.

"We are excited to help Junior Achievement; the organization provides tremendous resources to our community's children, and this is one way the technology business community can assist in its mission," said Steve Brining, business development director of Televerde and chair of the Council's Social/Charitable Subcommittee.

Marilyn Raigel, vice president of development for Junior Achievement said, "We are thrilled that the Arizona Technology Council is undertaking such a fun event on our behalf. Junior Achievement is proud to be partnering with the Council where together we are providing economic programming and life skills to Arizona's youth."
