edatanetworks Inc. Announces Craig Martin Has Joined Their Board of Directors

EDMONTON, Alberta -- edatanetworks Inc. announced today that Craig Martin, Executive Vice-President, Western and Central Operations of Sun Media Corp. has accepted the appointment to edatanetworks' Board of Directors, Canada.

In his position at Sun Media, Mr. Martin oversees 6 daily newspapers and 53 community newspapers throughout Western Canada and Northwestern Ontario. Prior to his current role, he held a number of senior positions at Sun Media, including Publisher and CEO of the Edmonton Sun. Mr. Martin is very active in the community, and has served as a director of the Edmonton Community Foundation, the Science Alberta Foundation and Ronald McDonald House, and is currently on the Board of the Edmonton Police Foundation. He is the past president of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, and served as Campaign Chair for the 2003 United Way Campaign.

He holds undergraduate degrees in economics from the University of Winnipeg and an honors Commerce degree in accounting and finance from the University of Manitoba.
