IDS Scheer Named 2007 SAP® Channel Partner of the Year and Receives Distinction of Highest Customer Satisfaction Scores in Newly Released SAP Survey
Business Wire, Feb 4, 2008
BERWYN, Pa. -- IDS Scheer, the leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) and a global services partner for SAP consulting services, today announced it has been named the 2007 SAP[R] Channel Partner of the Year in the United States.
In addition, the company's SME business units in the United States and Canada have once again received the distinction of the highest customer satisfaction scores recorded by SAP America, Inc. and SAP Canada, Inc., subsidiaries of SAP AG (NYSE: SAP). The awards were presented at SAP's 2008 Field Kick-Off Meeting (FKOM) held earlier this month in Las Vegas. Recognizing the top-performing partners within the SAP PartnerEdge[TM] program, a global framework that makes it easier for channel partners to do business with SAP, IDS Scheer has been honored with the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the United States and Canada for the past eight and 10 consecutive years, respectively. As a testament to the IDS Scheer sales team, Jim Brown and Mark Hester were also honored as the number two and three overall top performers in sales and customer achievements of 2007 in the SAP U.S. channel.
SAP surveyed a significant number of its American customers who purchased and deployed the SAP ERP, SAP Business One and/or SAP Business All-in-One applications from an SAP channel partner. Assessing the channel partners' performance as perceived by the customer, SAP measured retention level, as well as overall satisfaction with performance, relationship, support services and consulting. In terms of overall performance, IDS Scheer scored 9.4 out of 10, versus other SAP channel partners that averaged 7.5. IDS Scheer also excelled in other categories, including Likelihood to Recommend, Likelihood to Repurchase and Competitive Advantage.
