Steiner Leisure Limited Announces Entry into a Concession Agreement with NCL America, Inc

NASSAU, The Bahamas -- Steiner Leisure Limited (NASDAQ:STNR) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with NCL America Inc., which provides for the continuation of Steiner's massage, hairdressing, beauty and fitness services on NCL America's vessels Pride of Aloha, Pride of America and Pride of Hawaii, which serve passengers cruising the Hawaiian Islands. Steiner Leisure initially began its relationship with NCL America in June 2004, by providing services on Pride of Aloha.
The agreement provides for a term through September 2011. Under this agreement, Steiner Leisure will continue to be the exclusive provider of spa services aboard the current NCL America fleet, as well as on any new vessels introduced into the fleet during the term of this agreement. NCL America has announced that Pride of Hawaii will be transferred to Norwegian Cruise Line in February 2008 (and will have other itineraries). Steiner Leisure will continue to serve Pride of Hawaii, when she is renamed Norwegian Jade, following this transfer pursuant to its existing agreement with Norwegian Cruise Line.
