Migo Software Appoints Interim CFO

Current CFO, Richard Liebman, to Depart Company to Pursue New Opportunities
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- Migo Software, Inc. (OTCBB:MIGO), a global provider of content mobility software, today announced Kathleen A. Browne, CPA, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Browne will replace current CFO, Richard Liebman, who will depart the Company, effective January 15, 2008, to pursue other opportunities. The Company will launch a formal search for a permanent replacement.
"Rick was instrumental in building the foundation of our finance department as the company worked through significant restructuring," said Kent Heyman, CEO of Migo Software. "His work at Migo has positioned the Company for future growth. We wish him well in his new endeavors and feel confident that the transition to Kathleen Browne as the Interim CFO will be seamless."
With a twenty-five year record of achievement in driving strategic performance results, Kathleen Browne is particularly effective at restructuring operations for increased profitability and providing the leadership to steer companies through key business, operational and finance decisions. Kathleen is currently a Finance Consultant with expertise in private placement funding, corporate restructuring, financial and tax planning, and SEC reporting, among others. Prior to her consulting role, Ms. Browne served as CFO for Naturalnano, Inc., and has held a variety of senior positions with Paychex Inc, W. R. Grace & Co., Bausch & Lomb and Price Waterhouse.
