Bright Horizons Family Solutions Acquires Lipton Corporate Child Care Centers, Inc

WATERTOWN, Mass. -- Bright Horizons Family Solutions (NASDAQ: BFAM), the world's leading provider of employer-sponsored child care and early education, today announced it has acquired Lipton Corporate Child Care Centers, Inc., a leading provider of employer-sponsored back-up child care in Washington, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Lipton operates nine back-up child care centers serving more than 125 clients.
