Virage Logic Announces Retirement of Adam Kablanian from Its Board of Directors

FREMONT, Calif. -- Virage Logic Corporation (NASDAQ: VIRL), the semiconductor industry's trusted IP partner and pioneer in Silicon Aware IP[TM], today announced that Adam Kablanian will retire from the Board of Directors concurrently with Virage Logic's annual meeting of stockholders, scheduled for March 7, 2008. Mr. Kablanian is currently the chairman of the Board of Directors. He was a co-founder of the Company and served as its chief executive officer from the founding of the Company until 2007.
