Business Wire, Jan 16, 2008

FAIRFIELD, Calif. -- Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ:CPRT) announced that it is partnering with Harley Davidson Financial Services to remarket Harley Davidson's repossessed motorcycles in its 126 locations across North America.

"Certain segments of our motorcycles have received great returns through Copart," said David Woods, the Remarketing Manager for Harley Davidson Financial Services. "With Copart's extensive buyer base, it has been a clear choice for us."

Copart has more than 100,000 buyers from 86 countries that purchase vehicles online. These vehicles are supplied by thousands of different suppliers in the United States and Canada.

Copart also recently expanded into the United Kingdom where they have introduced its VB2 selling platform, leading to an even greater buyer base.

Copart, founded in 1982, provides vehicle suppliers, primarily insurance companies, with a full range of services to process and sell salvage vehicles, principally to licensed dismantlers, rebuilders and used vehicle dealers, through Internet sales utilizing its proprietary VB2 technology. Salvage vehicles are either damaged vehicles deemed a total loss for insurance or business purposes or are recovered stolen vehicles for which an insurance settlement with the vehicle owner has already been made. The Company operates 136 facilities in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
