ExactTarget Names CareerBuilder.com President and CEO Matthew W. Ferguson and Business Veteran Timothy Maudlin to Board of Directors

INDIANAPOLIS -- ExactTarget, a leading provider of on-demand, email and one-to-one marketing solutions, today announced the appointment of Matthew W. Ferguson and Timothy Maudlin to its board of directors.

Ferguson has served as the president and CEO of CareerBuilder.com since 2003, where he previously held the COO title. He earned his bachelor's degree from Indiana University, a master's in business administration from the University of Chicago and a law degree from Northwestern University.

Maudlin has been a managing partner of Medical Innovation Partners, a venture capital firm since 1989. From 1993 to 2007, Maudlin was president and CEO of KMN Inc. He acted as CFO of Venturi Group, LLC from 1999 to 2001. Maudlin currently sits on the board of directors at Web.com. and Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College and a master's in management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
