NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings expects to assign the following ratings to Louisiana Public Facilities Authority System Restoration Bonds (Louisiana Utilities Restoration Corporation Project/ELL), series 2008:

--$165,000,000 tranche A-1 'AAA';

--$367,000,000 tranche A-2 'AAA';

--$155,900,000 tranche A-3 'AAA'.
