American Capital, acting as facilitator, was able to syndicate the capital funding for PetroMed and successfully completed a placement of 700,000 Preferred Shares in consideration for $150 Million USD of fixed interest Deutsche Borse listed, DTC/Euroclear registered, asset backed, financial instruments to facilitate the Company's up and coming Drilling and Exploration operations offshore Israel.
