Retail Advisory Firm Opens Shop at Premier Canadian Mall

TORONTO -- Karabus Management Inc., a leading retail advisory firm, today announced that it has relocated its corporate headquarters to Yorkdale Shopping Center, in a strategic move to operate in a space that best defines the Company's business and unique market position.

With neighboring retailers including Aldo, H&M, Holt Renfrew, Zara and Lululemon, Karabus' new office is designed to incorporate trademarks of the retail and fashion world, with long runway floors and large communal workspaces that create a sense of community and facilitate shared communication and creativity. The office will serve as the home of Karabus' executive management team, business development and support functions as well as the location for the Company's quarterly gatherings of its retail specialists, who are currently based in more than 15 leading North American markets. Karabus' corporate headquarters were previously located at Two Tippett Road in Toronto.

Karabus' new corporate headquarters were designed by award winning architect Johnson Chou, known for creating unique retail spaces such as the TNT boutiques and built by leading Toronto custom builder Metron.

Yorkdale Shopping Centre is an upscale shopping mall in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. After a $60 million expansion in 2005, Yorkdale became the third largest mall in Ontario, and is known for its unique nature and modern details including a 60 foot (18.3 m) high glass atrium running 300 feet (91.4 m) in length.
