ACA Capital Enters Into Sixth Forbearance Agreement Extending Forbearance until August 11, 2008

NEW YORK -- ACA Capital Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: ACAH.PK) today announced that it has entered into a sixth forbearance agreement with its Structured Credit and other similarly situated counterparties. The forbearance will remain effective through 6:00 pm (New York City local time) on August 11, 2008.
