Rodman & Renshaw, LLC Announces Strengthened Energy and Metals Focus Following the Addition of New Research Analysts

NEW YORK -- Rodman & Renshaw, LLC, a subsidiary of Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: RODM) today announced that it has hired three new research analysts to cover the oil and gas and metals and mining sectors.
Jeff Hayden, who will join Rodman as a Managing Director and Senior Oil and Gas Analyst on Monday, July 21 has 10 years of experience in energy research and finance and was formerly associated with Pritchard Capital Partners. Chad Mabry, also formerly associated with Pritchard Capital, will join the firm as an Associate Oil and Gas Analyst on July 21. Both analysts will be resident in Rodman's Houston office.
Wilfredo Ortiz, who will join Rodman as a Managing Director and Senior Metals and Mining Analyst on August 18, has 12 years of industry experience. Mr. Ortiz, who was most recently a Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co., was previously an analyst at JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Ortiz will be resident in Rodman's New York office.
