New BearingPoint Solution Suite Addresses Information Analytics, Sharing and Storage
MCLEAN, Va. -- BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE:BE), one of the world's largest management and technology consulting firms, today announced that it will offer the new release of Oracle's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) System as part of its recently introduced Information Management (IM) Solution Suite of services.
Oracle's EPM System represents the next major release of Oracle's leading performance management applications and business intelligence (BI) technologies. The new capabilities in Oracle's EPM System provide a complete and integrated system for managing and optimizing enterprise-wide performance to drive management excellence. With the new Oracle product, BearingPoint IM customers can leverage their operational investments to drive competitive advantage, transforming themselves into smart, agile and aligned organizations.
"The Oracle EPM System supports strategic, financial and operational management processes across a common foundation to enable management excellence," said Andy Bailey, senior vice president, Global Systems Integrator Alliances at Oracle. "We're pleased that BearingPoint is taking advantage of the hot-pluggable capabilities of the Oracle EPM System to help its IM customers leverage investments in operational systems, gain better business insight and improve their management processes. We look forward to our mutual customers benefiting from the practices and innovations delivered through this partnership."
BearingPoint yesterday introduced its IM solution suite, which includes strategy, business process and change management services to help clients:
* Increase their return on investment,
* Enhance timely and accurate information delivery, and
* Improve reporting and corporate governance.
Buried in information and data, companies require information management solutions to help them identify risks, expand markets, manage costs and improve integration across the global enterprise. BearingPoint helps clients master the toughest information management challenges through its IM Solution Suite, which comprises 30 specific offerings that address three key dimensions of information: analytics, sharing and storage.
"In today's volatile business environment, companies need the ability to monitor the pulse of their organizations quickly and accurately," said Mark Vayda, Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Alliances, BearingPoint. "Business managers must have access to the right information at the right time so they can make timely, effective business decisions. Integrating the new Oracle EPM System into our IM portfolio represents another example of how we help businesses harness the power of Oracle's applications and technology to drive performance and deliver meaningful, measurable results."
