SALEM, N.H. -- StockerYale, Inc. (NASDAQ: STKR) announced today that it will conduct a conference call with simultaneous webcast at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, July 17, 2008. Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Mark W. Blodgett, will lead a discussion regarding StockerYale's proposed acquisition of Virtek Vision International Inc. Mr. Blodgett will then be available to answer questions regarding the proposed transaction.
StockerYale invites interested parties, including Virtek shareholders, to attend and participate on the conference call. Questions may be submitted via email to irinfo@stockeryale.com prior to the start of the call or directed to StockerYale management during the Q&A portion of the call.
