Business Wire, July 2, 2008

Evergreen to Co-sponsor the SEC/N-SEMI Secondary Equipment Market Seminar at SEMICON West 2008

CANTON, Mass. -- Evergreen Enhancement has become a member of SEC/N, a semiconductor equipment trade association in the secondary electronics equipment industry.

"Evergreen specializes in applying technical solutions to keep our customers competitive," states founder and CEO William Kerr. "Our association with SEC/N will give us the tools to work more closely with our customers to extend the life of their legacy products and get to the most out of their valuable production assets."

"Virtually every company in the semiconductor industry will at some point be confronted with the opportunities and challenges of buying or selling used equipment," according to Gary Alexander, Executive Director of SEC/N. "Conversions, shutdowns, consolidations, productivity enhancements and the availability of capital are all guaranteed to have a significant influence on the future of the industry's secondhand equipment market."

SEC/N and SEMI, in conjunction with FEO and Semico Research, are proud to again this year host a seminar at SEMICON West that will address both the current status and a vision into the future of the industry's secondary market. Management from all organization levels are encouraged to attend and learn from a panel of industry leaders who will reflect on what they feel are the most significant secondary market opportunities and challenges of today and tomorrow.

The free seminar, co-sponsored by Evergreen Enhancement, will be held on Wednesday July 16 from 2:00 to 4:30 pm at the San Francisco Marriott, and is open to the public. Updates and other SEMICON West information are available on the SEC/N website. www.secn.org

About SEC/N

SEC/N was created to foster cooperation, fair and ethical business practices, and to develop and distribute standards and definitions specific to the secondary market and its participants. SEC/N is a not-for-profit, member led and member run trade association with a charter to promote the diverse interests of the secondary electronics equipment industry.
