Petrosearch Energy Announces Stock Repurchase Plan

HOUSTON -- Petrosearch Energy Corporation (OTCBB:PTSG) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a stock repurchase plan (the "Repurchase Plan"). Under the Repurchase Plan the Company is authorized to repurchase up to $5 million of market value or 10 million shares of its common stock in open market purchases or in privately negotiated transactions. The purchases shall be at the discretion of senior management and will be dependent upon market conditions. Any purchases which may be made under the Repurchase Plan are anticipated to occur over the succeeding 12 months. The Repurchase Plan does not require any minimum purchase and may be suspended or terminated by the Board of Directors at any time.
