Exelon's PECO Energy Declares Dividends on Preferred Stock

PHILADELPHIA -- Directors of PECO Energy Company have declared dividends on all series of preferred stock, payable October 31, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2008, as follows:
