Versar, Inc. Awarded $30 Million Contract by U.S. Army

SPRINGFIELD, Va. -- VERSAR, Inc. (Amex:VSR) announced today that the Company was awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity task order contract worth up to $30 million by the Mobile District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers headquartered in Mobile, Alabama. The contract is for a base year, with four option years. Under this contract, Versar will perform a wide range of services, including environmental, planning and support services in support of military, civil and federal agencies. The Company expects to use the full value of the contract over its five year period.
