Zapata Incorporated to Manage Base Camp and Other Facilities on Kaho`olawe, Hawai`i for The Kaho`olawe Island Reserve Commission

KAILUA, Hawaii -- Zapata Incorporated (ZAPATA) is celebrating the commencement of base camp facilities operations and maintenance activities at Honokanai`a, Kaho`olawe, Hawai`i for the Kaho`olawe Island Reserve Commission (KIRC). Under contract with the State of Hawai`i, ZAPATA assumed responsibility for operations and maintenance of the base camp and other facilities on the Island of Kaho`olawe on July 1, 2008. Mr. Eric Brundage, General Manager of ZAPATA's Kailua Office, will serve as Project Manager for this important contract.
