NT Holding Corp. Announces Name Change and Reverse Split

HAMPTON, Va. -- NT Holding Corp., a Nevada corporation (NTHH.OB), announced today that it recently executed resolutions and amendments changing the name of the Company to HST Global, Inc., and effecting a 1 for 25 reverse stock split. These changes were completed in order to facilitate the Company's acquisition of a new operating business.
Effective immediately, the Hampton, Virginia-based, biotechnology Company will trade under the symbol HSTC.OB.
