Investors Capital Advisory Adds ValueWorks Founder and CIO Charles Lemonides To Investment Policy Committee

LYNNFIELD, Mass. -- Investors Capital Advisory Services (ICAS), the Registered Investment Advisor of Investors Capital Holdings (AMEX: ICH), is pleased to announce the addition of Charles Lemonides to its Investment Policy Committee. Mr. Lemonides is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of separate account manager ValueWorks, LLC.
