RHR Consultants to Speak at 2008 International Congress of Psychology

CHICAGO -- Consultants from RHR International Company, a world leader in executive and organizational development, are scheduled to speak at the XXIX International Congress of Psychology 2008 (ICP 2008) in Berlin on July 20 - 25. ICP 2008 will be hosted by the German Federation of Psychological Associations, under the auspices of the International Union of Psychological Science. For six days over 7,000 addresses, workshops, and seminars will be held in the International Congress Center, covering nearly every field of modern psychological research. The extensive scientific program will include speakers and presenters from over 60 countries.
Judith S. Blanton, Ph.D., RHR's director of professional affairs, will chair a symposium entitled, "The Leadership Journey: Integration, development, derailment and exit." As part of the discussion, Dr. Blanton will also address the topic of executive integration.
Other presenters scheduled to participate include: Reka Czegledi-Brown, a consultant for the RHR London office, who will speak on the Leadership Journey framework and dimensions of success as well as transitions and exits; Lily Li, senior consultant for Mobley Group Pacific, an RHR affiliate company, will speak on developing cultural intelligence in international executives; and Dr. William H. Mobley, president & CEO of Mobley Group Pacific, will address derailment of executives in international assignments. The discussant for the symposium will be Vicki V. Vandaveer, Ph.D., CEO and founder of The Vandaveer Group.
