Business Wire, July 8, 2008

PITTSBURGH & PHILADELPHIA -- Meyer, Unkovic & Scott, LLP, Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP and Reed Smith, LLP are proud to announce their support for Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh as Presenting Sponsors and hosts for the non-profit organization's annual fundraising event, North Shore Club Noir, on Friday, July 11, 2008 at Heinz Field East Club starting at 6:00 PM ET.

Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting low-income, elderly and disabled homeowners with home repair and rehabilitation. North Shore Club Noir is the organization's annual fundraising event designed to raise awareness about the organization and encourage much needed support through donations. The evening, emulating a cabaret and casino vibe, includes food, music, a gaming area, silent auctions of artwork from 17 area artists, hundreds of raffle prizes and strolling entertainment. Over 400 members of the community came out for the 2007 event.

Danny Cerrone, an associate with Thorp Reed and member of the Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh Board of Directors, commented, "This event continues Thorp Reed's long standing commitment to community involvement and helping those in need throughout Pittsburgh and the region. We have had strong ties with Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh since its inception, when it was known as 'Christmas in April.' This is our second year hosting the North Shore Club Noir with Reed Smith and Meyer, Unkovic & Scott, as we remain deeply committed to the mission of Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh. Every year Club Noir brings out a lively crowd of generous supporters who are an integral part of the ongoing success of Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh."

The event also promotes Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh's year-round program, Operation Urgent Care, which responds to critical home repair needs of low-income elderly residents 12 months a year. In 2007, Club Noir raised over $35,000 for Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh.

"The success of the Club Noir event wouldn't be possible without the generosity of sponsors like Meyer, Unkovic & Scott, Thorp Reed & Armstrong and Reed Smith," said Cindy Gilch, Executive Director of Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh. "We are thrilled to continue working with these law firms as we prepare to make the night bigger and better than last year. The more donors and volunteers who come out and support our organization, the more assistance we are able to give to low-income elderly and disabled homeowners in Allegheny County."

"We'd also like to extend our gratitude to the 17 local artists, studios and galleries that have donated artwork to be auctioned off at this year's event," continued Gilch. "Their support for their community and for Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh's mission is greatly appreciated."

Participating artists include: Linda Barnicott, Matt Dayak, Henry Fiore, Mary Elizabeth Franco - The Artists Touch, Professional Wall Designer, Dino Guarino, Susan Castriota - Hamilton, Claire Hardy, Rachel Matta, Rick Mitchell & Art Thurau - Prime Time Memorabilia, Tom Mosser - Blackbird Building Artists Studios, Joyce Werwie Perry - le Poire, Dina Petrelli, Gloria Pollock, Christopher Savido, Michelle Schultheis, and Charles A.
