IMPACT Group Hires Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director, Global Services

ST. LOUIS -- IMPACT Group, a WBE-global career transition firm announced today the hiring of Max Barnett, CPA as Chief Financial Officer and Bill Thompson, Managing Director, Global Services.

Max Barnett joins IMPACT Group with more than 20 years of financial and operations experience working with both middle market and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining IMPACT group, he was Chief Financial Officer at Our 365 - a services company that provides customized consumer products to families - where he was directly responsible for strategic and financial direction. Prior to Our 365, Max was Vice President and Controller for Sunmark, Inc. a St. Louis-based manufacturing company which produced confectionary products. While at Sunmark, Max managed general accounting, cost accounting and inventory control, tax, planning and budgeting and financial analysis processes.

Bill Thompson is responsible for overseeing all international business development and operations. For the past ten years, Bill was Vice President, GMAC Global Relocation Services in London where he was responsible for achieving business goals and objectives pertaining to operational effectiveness, productivity improvement, revenue generation, client and customer service standards and client retention in EMEA. Bill led and managed the organization's business and fostered collaboration between operations, strategic services, supply chain management and sales.
