Capgemini Positioned in Leaders Quadrant for CRM Services Providers in North America by Top IT Analyst Firm

In its "Magic Quadrant for CRM Service Providers, North America, 2008"(1) report, Gartner positions Capgemini in the "Leaders" quadrant.
