ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- ForeSee Results announced today that it was selected by Riverbed Technology, the technology and market leader in wide-area data services (WDS), to collect "voice of customer" feedback and measure customer satisfaction with www.riverbed.com.
"We're looking forward to maximizing the value of our website for lead generation," said Van Diamandakis, Riverbed's vice president of corporate marketing. "By selecting ForeSee Results we hope to determine which website enhancements and improvements will make our customers more likely to engage with us, return to the site, and purchase our WDS solutions."

With ACSI methodology, ForeSee Results provides Riverbed with a credible metric of customer satisfaction, both overall and for distinct site visitor segments.
"The technology that Riverbed sells their customers is intended to accelerate business processes, make knowledgeable workers more productive and cut IT costs," said Larry Freed, President & CEO of ForeSee Results.
