Larry Kurzner to Lead Development of Strategic Markets
WAYLAND, Mass. -- Softscape, the global leader in integrated people management software, today announced that Larry Kurzner joined the Company as executive vice president of strategic markets. With 20 years of experience as a human resources technology and outsourcing executive, Kurzner comes to Softscape from Accenture and will expand on Softscape's growing presence in Latin America and Canada, and further capitalize on Softscape's network of leading worldwide strategic human capital management solution thought leaders.

Kurzner is a prominent, respected leader in business development, sales, marketing, and strategic business planning. Most recently, he was the director of global business development for Accenture Human Resource Services. In this role, he was responsible for global business development and sales strategy for Accenture's HR business process outsourcing (BPO) and built a pipeline of more than $3 billion of qualified business opportunities. Prior to Accenture [ACN], Kurzner held senior-level positions with Aon Consulting [AOC], Mellon Human Resources & Investor Solutions [BNY], and Exult [HEW].
