Partnership Helps iET ITSM Customers Manage Service Requests Anytime, Anywhere
FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- iET([R]) Solutions, a leading provider of ITIL based IT Service Management (ITSM) software solutions and services, and Navara, the software division of RAM Mobile Data, today announced a worldwide partnership. The partnership is an OEM agreement under which iET Solutions will offer a mobile extension to its IT Service Management Solution through the Navara platform. This will give organizations the flexibility to access iET ITSM from their existing mobile devices, making it possible to handle service requests from anywhere and at anytime.
"IT managers can now access all of their applications for IT service management and IT infrastructure management from the convenience of their mobile devices," explained Anne Kelly, vice president of sales and marketing at iET Solutions. "The combination of the Navara platform and iET ITSM allows customers to improve the productivity of their IT departments and meet their compliance with service level agreements, by allowing them to monitor and respond to IT service requests remotely. This additional functionality is another way that iET ITSM differentiates itself from the competition."
"iET Solutions is a strong player in the service management software market. iET ITSM has been recognized in several analyst reports, including the recently released 2008 Forrester Wave for service desk management tools, which lists iET Solutions as a leader in the small enterprise market. I am proud that they have chosen our platform," said Elias Crum, vice president, Navara.
The iET Solutions mobile service management application is available now, and will be sold worldwide.
