MacDermid Announces the Appointment of Vice President Business Development for Offshore Solutions

DENVER -- MacDermid, Incorporated announced today that Steve E. Racca, Jr. has joined the company as their Vice President of Business Development for MacDermid Offshore Solutions. In this position Mr. Racca will be responsible for managing sales activities and other commercial efforts on a worldwide basis and will be reporting directly to Mark Hollinger, President of MacDermid Offshore Solutions. Mr. Racca, most recently Commercial Director for Acergy, brings over 23 years of experience in sales, marketing and management in the international oil and gas industry.
