New Head of Operations Dave Berghorn Responsible For All Operational Aspects of Dematic Corp's Business, Including R&D, Software Engineering, Application Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Estimating

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Dematic, a leader in logistics automation solutions, systems and service, announced that Dave Berghorn has joined the company as Sr. Vice President, Operations. In this position, Berghorn is responsible for all operational aspects of Dematic Corp's business, including R&D, Software Engineering, Application Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Estimating.

Berghorn has a Bachelor degree in Industrial Management, industrial engineering emphasis, from Purdue University and pursued MBA-coursework at Oakland University. He has held increasingly more responsible positions in engineering, manufacturing, product development (3 patents) and program management over the last 30 years. Prior to joining Dematic, he was President & CEO for ThyssenKrupp Drauz Nothelfer in Auburn Hills, MI.
