Allarae HealthCare Plans to Announce Joint Venture with Synergistic Company in Switzerland and Releases New Website

DALLAS -- Allarae HealthCare, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ALHI) announces plans to update the market by June 19th, 2008, of a signed joint venture umbrella agreement with a Switzerland-based company. The company releases new corporate website at www.allarae.com.

Phil Matteis, CEO of Allarae, stated, "Our new partners have agreed to create a domestic branch as a Nevada, U.S. Corporation in addition to having a shared sales office in Dallas, Texas. This important alliance will be responsible for distribution of joint products here in America and work toward completing further FDA approvals. Allarae HealthCare, Inc.
