E. Noel Harwerth Joins Advisory Board for Boardroom Consultants

NEW YORK -- E. Noel Harwerth, former chief operating officer of Citibank International plc and member of numerous boards of directors for major multinational corporations, has joined the Boardroom Consultants Advisory Board.

Harwerth brings extensive experience in corporate governance, international finance and risk management through current non-executive director positions with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe, Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance Company, LogicaCMG plc, Anglo Irish Banking Corporation and Harry Winston Diamond Corporation. She was also a former non-executive director at Corus and Corporate Services Group.

Harwerth was educated at the University of Texas in Austin and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas Law School. She is a U.S./U.K. Fulbright Commissioner, a member of the Women's Leadership Board of Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and serves on the Development Board of Historic Royal Palaces.
