EDISON, N.J. -- At a major customer event in Philadelphia today, I-many Inc. (NASDAQ:IMNY) announced Version 6.1 of both its I-many Contract Management Suite for Life Sciences[TM] and the I-many Demand Management Suite for Life Sciences[TM].

The latest release of I-many's industry-leading contract management suite addresses the complete contract management lifecycle for life sciences companies, from authoring and negotiation to rebate and chargeback transaction management to contract renewal and analysis. The recent acquisition of Edge Dynamics and its Demand Management Suite brings new trade and channel management capability to the product line.
