ArchBrook Laguna to Merge with I. Lehrhoff & Company

CARLSTADT, N.J. -- ArchBrook Laguna, a total solutions provider supplying consumer electronics and computer products to the nation's most successful retailers, announced today the signing of a definitive merger agreement with I. Lehrhoff & Company, a privately-held small appliance and houseware distributor. Under the agreement, I. Lehrhoff & Company will continue operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ArchBrook Laguna, under the leadership of the I. Lehrhoff executive team.

The firm will remain in New Jersey and leverage the national scope of the ArchBrook Laguna fulfillment and distribution systems. It will be renamed Lehrhoff ABL, LLC and remain under the stewardship of Arthur Lehrhoff and Daniel Lehrhoff who will continue as CEO and President, respectively.
