Hilton Garden Inn® Salt Lake City/Sandy Opens Doors and Welcomes Guests in Utah

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- Hilton Garden Inn([R]) announced today the opening of the 150-room Hilton Garden Inn([R]) Salt Lake City/Sandy, in Sandy, Utah representing the latest addition to the brand's growing collection of more than 370 Hilton Garden Inn hotels across North America and Europe.
The Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City/Sandy is operated by Sandy Paydirt, LLC and managed by Woodbury Corporation, under a license agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation.

The five-story structure Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City/Sandy features 150 guestrooms, including 20 suites, that feature the Garden Sleep System([R]) which allows guests to adjust the firmness and softness of the bed; ergonomic Mirra([R]) chair by Herman Miller; high definition flat screen television; complimentary wired and WiFi Internet access in all guestrooms and public space and remote printing to the hotel's complimentary 24-hour business center. The hotel greets guests with a signature glass-walled pavilion housing the reception desk; a Pavilion Pantry([R]) with a selection of refrigerated, frozen and microwaveable packaged items, and sundries; the Great American Grill([R]) restaurant serving breakfast and dinner; room service during dinner hours; a comfortable lounge area with a television and fireplace; three meeting rooms that offer 2,900 square feet of flexible meeting space; and an on-site guest laundry facility.

Guestroom accommodations and features include: the Garden Sleep System([R]) bed; high definition flat screen television; clock that allows guests to play their portable CD or MP3 player; a "hospitality center" with a microwave oven, coffee maker and mini refrigerator; a sitting area with an easy chair and ottoman; a hairdryer; and an iron and ironing board. In-room entertainment and information services include video-on-demand movies, video games and interactive Hilton Garden Inn guest services.
Business-oriented features of the guestrooms include: a spacious and clutter-free work desk; ergonomic Mirra([R]) chair by Herman Miller; complimentary WiFi high-speed Internet access and remote printing to the hotel's 24-hour business center; adjustable lighting; electrical outlets at desk height; and two speaker telephones equipped with data ports and voice mail.
Recreational facilities consist of a workout facility with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment, Stay Fit Kits([R]) available for complimentary check-out from the front desk, outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool. For avid skiers and snow boarders, four world-class ski resorts are located nearby.
