CLERMONT, Fla. -- Weingarten Realty (NYSE:WRI) announced today Ross Dress for Less will join as a co-anchor for its Clermont Landing project located in Clermont, Florida.

Clermont Landing will be located at the intersection of US Highway 27 and Steve's Road, just south of SR 50. The project will include 366,000 square feet of retail space with a mix of lifestyle tenants and national retailers. The center will also include JCPenney, Epic Theatres, T.J. According to Steve Weingarten, Senior Vice President of Leasing and Director of Anchor Tenants, "We are extremely pleased to announce the addition of Ross Dress for Less to Clermont Landing. Ross is a fantastic addition for this development. This is one of the best retail sites in the Clermont area and we expect this will be a large regional draw. This center will provide a great opportunity for our retailers to operate their stores in a fast growing area. With a great mix of both national and local retail tenants and restaurants, the center will create an energetic and vibrant setting for Florida shoppers and provide an exciting new shopping environment for the region."
