Mobile Mini Names Chris Miner as General Counsel

Business Wire,  June 2, 2008  

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Mobile Mini, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: MINI) announced today that Chris Miner has joined the Company as its General Counsel. In his new role, Mr. Miner will be responsible for legal strategy, legal compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters. He also will oversee the role of corporate secretary that supports the Company's Board of Directors. In addition, he will support the board in developing and maintaining best practices in governance policies and procedures. Mr. Miner joins Mobile Mini from DLA Piper, where he was a partner in the firm's corporate group and practiced in the area of securities and finance.

Prior to Mr. Miner joining Mobile Mini, Lawrence Trachtenberg served the Company as both Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Mr. Trachtenberg will continue in his position of Executive Vice President and CFO of Mobile Mini.

As a partner at DLA Piper, Mr. Miner, 36, has advised numerous corporate and financial institution clients on merger, acquisition and capital markets transactions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miner was an attorney in New York and Europe with Davis Polk & Wardwell where he specialized in corporate and securities law.

Mr. Miner received a B.A. and a J.D. cum laude from Brigham Young University, where he also was a senior editor of the Law Review.
