Fitch Withdraws Commerce Bank's IDR following Merger

NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the long-term Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) of Commerce Bank, NA and Commerce Bank/North following the merger of these two banks into TD Banknorth, NA. The name of TD Banknorth, NA has been changed to TD Bank, NA. A complete list of withdrawn ratings follows.
