Business Wire, June 20, 2008
CHICAGO -- ADM Investor Services, Inc. (ADMIS) and Iowa Grain Company (Iowa Grain) have reached an agreement in which ADMIS will acquire the customer business and technologies of Iowa Grain. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed; however, the transaction is expected to be completed on July 1, 2008.
"Both ADMIS and Iowa Grain share similar corporate cultures and philosophies. Combining our operations will allow us to take advantage of numerous synergies between our firms.
