Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. Announces Execution of Infrastructure Reconstruction Contract With Good Samaritan Villages

SAN DIEGO -- Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. (Pink Sheets: FESI) announced that Freedom Environmental Services LLC has executed and commenced work on a contract to reconstruct the residential sewer infrastructure for the first of 32 Building Clusters at Good Samaritan Village in Central Florida. The initial contract for the first Building Cluster is $24,000 and the company anticipates the remaining 31 Building Clusters will be done in contractual sequence over the next several months at the same contract value per Building Cluster.

Good Samaritan Villages is a faith based international, non-profit organization that owns and operates 230 retirement villages throughout the United States.

The previously disclosed reverse merger between Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. And Freedom Environmental Services LLC of Florida is slated to close on June 24, 2008 as it is anticipated that all pre-closing conditions to the reverse merger shall be satisfied as of that date.

Freedom Environmental Services LLC is a Florida based, operating wastewater services company in the process of developing and managing high yield waste to energy and nutrients conversion programs.
