Edgewater Networks Products Are Used in VocalNet's DigitalVoice Hosted PBX Solution to Ensure Price and Quality

The EdgeMarc will be deployed by VocalNet at customer premises as a demarcation point for their DigitalVoice offering. VocalNet recommends the EdgeMarc to customers and uses the quality of service (QoS) and call quality monitoring capabilities to ensure DigitalVoice service quality. For VocalNet, the EdgeMarc combined with the EdgeView VoIP Support System gives them powerful troubleshooting and circuit monitoring capabilities that are demanded in the enterprise space. This powerful combination allows VocalNet to sell a high quality service at a reasonable price while enabling them to scale their operations and business to keep up with the demands of their customers.
